    Recess by De La Rue 1875/81: 4 d. red, perf. 12½ and 6 d. chrome-yellow, perf. 14, used on 1877 cover from Bridgetown to Nova Scotia endorsed 'Mail via Bermuda & Halifax', each tied by bootheel obliterators in black and by 'Barbados' despatch cds (Oct 29). Manuscript '8' in red crayon credit and handstruck '6' in black applied on arrival (Nov 19).
