    Rough perforation 14 to 16 1861/70: (4 d.) lake rose, rough perforation 14 to 16 and 1872 1 d. blue, clean cut perf. 14½, used on attractive 1872 cover to Portland, Maine each tied by 'Barbados' datestamps (Aug 28) in black. Manuscript '4' Ship rate in red crayon and fine 'N.Y. Steamship / 10' applied on entry (Sept 20). Small opening tear on reverse but a charming cover.
