    Rough perforation 14 to 16 1861/70: (1 d.) blue, rough perforation 14 to 16, a single example used on 1864 cover at Printed Matter rate from Bridgetown to Annapolis endorsed 'via Bermuda' tied by "1" bootheel handstamp in black. 'Barbados' cds of despatch at left (Nov 9) and reverse with St. Thomas transit cds (Nov 13).
