    Recess by Perkins Bacon 1858: 1 s. brownish black, a used example witht good to large margins all round, tied to 1865 cover to London by fine strike of the Bridgetwon bootheel "1" obliterator in black. Single ring 'Barbados' despatch cds at left (Nov 7) and 'London / Paid' arrival in red (Nov 29) alongside.
