    1938: Waterlow Pictorial issue, Essay for the proposed 1 s. value 'St. John's Harbour', hand-painted in deep green and pale red green with Harbour in blue and lettering and value in Chinese white on card (140 x 88 mm.) in vertical format, similar to the design of the issued 6 d. value, painted by the designer A. W. Morley and endorsed 'Antigua 14.4.38' in manuscript at top and marked as 'Approved' at lower right. Superb and unique.rnProvenance: Grosvenor, London, 6-7 Oct 2010, lot 1016.
