    Recess by De La Rue from the Perkins Bacon Plates 1876: 1 d. lake, two singles and a horizontal pair and 6 d. blue-green, a single examples, wmk. Crown CC, perf. 14, used on 1873 double rate cover from St. John's to Newark, NJ, USA tied by "A02" obliterators in black with '8' credit in red crayon. Reverse with 'Antigua' cds (Jan 11) and 'St. Thomas' transit (Jan 13) in black. 'N.
