    1867 (July 1): 5 s. pale rose, Plate 2, wmk. Maltese Cross, perf. 15½ x 15, lettered AC-AE, an unused horizontal strip of three, marginal at top with imprint 'FIVE SHILLINGS.' but margin thinned above the imprint, each stamp overprinted SPECIMEN (Type 9) in black.
