    1898: China Coiling Dragon 1 c. ochre-buff pair tied by 'Pa-kua' in black to 'Peking & Tientsin Times' 1898 Newspaper wrapper to the 'Daily Mail' in London with 'Tientsin' despatch cds at right (Oct 1). Hong Kong 1884 2 c. carmine applied for onward transmission tied by SHANGHAE cds (Oct 5) in black.Reverse with SHANGHAI Dollar Chop in black. Some imperfections but a scarce rate.
