    1865: Prince Cuza Lithographed and Imperforate, great collection 100+ primarily unused examples of all three values on wove and laid paper with shade interest incl. 2 pa. with 18 unused, one used, 5 pa. blue with 10 unused singles, two blocks of four and a block of eight, three used, one with Pitesti cds, and 20 pa. red with 7 singles and a strip of four unused, 11 used cancelled by grill handstamps or cds's of Jassy, Roman and Bucuresci, as well as a large part registered cover from Ismail to Bolgrad with both 20 pa. stamps on front and back tied by framed RECOMANADT handstamp in blue; in addition 1864 unissued 1864 Cuza issue incl. 2 pa. in block of four, 5 pa. blue in block of six with two blank spaces at bottom right and 20 pa. red in irregular block of six with additional blank space at bottom right. Fine and fresh lot, stamps mostly with even regular margins.
