    1941: Transnistria Gheorghe Duca, all three values in miniature sheets with marginal inscription 'GUVERNAMANTUL CIVIL AL TRANSNISTRIEI / PENTRU CRUCEA ROSIE / 1943 / LEI 300', each MS cancelled to order and tied by "BUCURESTI 19 MAI 1946" cds to an envelope with Bucaresti address alongside.rnNote: These miniature sheets were prepared in 1943, but not issued, on May 19, 1946 sold by the postal administration, but immedeately withdrawn. Extremely rare usage, especially on cover.
