    Underpaid Mail from Austria to Greece 1870 (Apr 10): Envelope from Vienna to Zante, Greece underpaid with Austria 1867 coarse whiskers 5 kr. tied by "WIEN 10 / 4 70" cds in black, short paid 20 kreuzer. Struck with italic "AFF. INSUFF." in black and '70' lepta in blue crayon. Taxed on arrival with 1868 10 l. orange on blued, 20 l. blue, and 40 l. lilac on blued, all tied by 'Zakynthos' datestamps (Apr 6, julian) in black. Reverse with Triest and Kerkyra transit cds's. Calculation of due amount: Unfranked letter at 85 lepta, less 15 lepta = 5 kr., charged 70 lepta to pay. Part of address erased on front panel and some toning but most unusual and rare cover.
