    Tunis 1871 (April 30): Letter sheet from Tunis to Paris, franked with 1870 Bordeaux definitive 40 c. blood red / rouge-sang clair, a fine and fresh adhesive in vivid colour with large even margins all round, tied by Gros Chiffres '5107' of Tunis with cogwheel "TUNIS 30 AVRIL 71" cds in blue (Pothion = 13 points), framed PD in blue and "TUNIS-PAR-BONE ALGERIE 5 MAI 71" cds in red alongside, reverse with Marseille - Paris TPO transit and Aubervilliers arrival (May 9) cds's. A scarce and attractive item; cert. Miro (1970).
