    "1d Surcharges" 1890 (Dec): First Setting 1 d. on 4 d. ultramarine, surcharge Types 7a and c, a used horizontal pair showing the left hand stamp with Roman "I" for "1", this found just once on the sheet of 240 from the First Setting only, lightly cancelled by Bloemfontein squared circle datestamp (Feb 3, 1891). An extremely rare multiple Gi = £ 600+.
