The upper left pane of 60 of the sheet was imperforate x perf. 12 vertically, the upper right pane was imperforate, the lower left pane from which this pair emanates was perforated 12 but had 17 stamps missing, the lower right pane was perf. 12 horizontally x imperforate.rn
