    1877: ½ d. on 1 d. dull rose (Type a), 1874 1 d. dull rose and 1872 3 d. bright blue optd. in red horizontal pair; all used on small cover to Germany, tied by "6" numeral obliterators in black with 'No. 6 PO / Natal' cds below (April 13) in black. London transit on front in red (May 16) and reverse with Durban cds, Ostswine cds and arrival. Opening tear at base but an unusual franking for the 7½d. rate.
