    1859/65: The Chalon selection with Plate Proofs on watermarked paper for 1 d. carmine, 3 d. in blue (3) and 6 d. in rose; 1859 1 d. carmine in an unused block of four but upper pair with small perf. fault, large part og., 1861/62 rough perf. 3 d. blue unused (4, incl. a pair), 3 d. grey unused, 1863 thick paper 1 d. in both shades unused, 1863/65 6 d. violet unused (2) and two covers each bearing two 3 d. blue to Cape Town and Cradock (both ex Bill Hart, lot 114).
