Type 16 in black used, in black inverted unused (Gi 15da = £ 170), optd. double in black and inverted in red unused (Gi = £ 325); 1 d. carmine-red with unused pair (cert.), used pairs and a block of four with mixed types, opt. inverted (6, incl. two pairs), opt double variety used, opt. double both inverted, one in red (3) unused, one with cert. (Gi 16d = £ 100 each), 1 d. carmine-red optd. Type 16 with unused (2), used pair with cert., inverted opt. varieties used (5), opt. double both inverted, one in red (3) unused - one with cert. (Gi 17d = £ 180 each), opt. double variety used (Gi 17b = £ 150) with cert., opt. double both inverted used (Gi 17c = £ 180), 4 d. with frame line (both types) used (Gi 18/19 = £ 525); 4 d. blue without frameline showing the listed varieties as above incl. opt. double both inverted used (Gi 20c. = £ 450) with cert., 4 d. optd. in red used (both Types) and with inverted optd. in red (Gi 20da+21da = £ 270); 6 d. deep lilac used, both Types etc. A remarkably complete collection, condition varies but a rare group formed by a discerning collector (62 items).
