    First Printing Overprinted "G" in 7 upright Types 1877 (March): Cape 4 d. dull blue optd. "G" in red, Type 6, used on 1878 cover, with complete contents dated April 15, to Emil Burmester in Cape Town tied by double arc KIMBERLEY datestamp in black. 'Cape Town / Cape Colony' arrival cds (May 8) at alongside. Some minor aging on perforations but a scarce cover.
