    Narrow Setting 1900 (April 6-10): Baden-Powell 3 d. pale blue on blued horizontally laid paper, a fine used sheet marginal example on small piece of Telegram form tied by near complete strike of MAFEKING / C.G.H. datestamp (April 7) in black. Superb and an extremely early usage of this stamp. Signed Bloch "to the best of my knowledge is the earliest known date of use". Cert. Friedl (1981) Gi = £ 475.
