    1919: Cover to Paramaribo, Suriname mailed by Clrence Hennan, franked by 1913/19 Washington 1 c. green in a strip of three vastly mis-perforated vertically, together with 2 c. rose, also vastly mis-perforated vertically, tiewd by Chicago duplexes (March 17) with Paramaribo arrival on reverse. Unusual: the sender formed some of the finest ever Dominican Republic, Haiti and Salvador collections.
