    1865/72: Cover front, folded for display mailed from Riobamba to Guaranda franked by 1 r. green single and a horizontal strip of three (positions 64-66, with position 66 showing major plate flaw "diagonal scratch from centre circle to base"), all with large margins all round, tied by two strikes of 'Riobamba' cds (March 6, 1868) in black. Vertical bends but a scarce usage.
