    1842: Registered cover sent prepaid from Cuenca to Loja, struck with oval framed "CUENCA / DE / OFICIO" and good strike of rare "Certificacion à Cuenca / Salio en 29 de Maio de 1842" both struck in red, the latter with date inserted in manuscript (Harris types 8+10). Receipted on June 1st, a fine and attractive cover.
