    1850 (March 22): Entire letter written from Rio de Janeiro and mailed to Dresden, conveyed direct by Belgian Paquebot and struck on front with manuscript '119' (pfennigs charged to addressee) in red crayon and struck with framed "BELG: 2E R:" in green applied by the postal Agent on board the T.P.O. to Verviers-Cöln.
