    1864/65: Rivadavia 15 c. blue, wmk. 'RA', perf. 11½, two examples used on 1865 registered cover form Buenos Aires to Cordoba, tied by oval of dots handstamps in black. Circular "CORREOS DE BUENOS AIRES" datestamp alongside (Aug 13) and two strikes of italic "Certificado" adjacent.
