    1847/54: Embossed 1 s. green in a horizontal pair, one stamp with minor corner repair, not affecting design, used with 1854/57 1 d. red-brown and 2 d. blue, both perf. 16, on 1854 entire letter from London to Vera Cruz, Mexico endorsed "pr. Tamar" tied by '10' numeral obliterators in black. London despatch datestamp (Sept 30) on reverse and obverse with oval framed 'Vera Cruz' arrival (Oct 26) in black.
