    Constantinople "Şehir" (City) Post 1870/85: The collection on leaves and loose with many hundreds of Dulos issue stamps, multiples and a few large pieces and part covers, all bearing the Şehir circular overprint in a variety of colours, the study showing the angles of the handstamps to decipher the genuine examples of the four different types of overprint, 1 pi. yellow in a block of seven optd. in red used, later types from 1882 with framed bilingual 'Local' handstamps in blue, much work will be needed but a wonderful group that will lead to many hours of study and discovery.
