    Incoming mail from France 1874 (April 7): Lettersheet from Marseille to Galati, endorsed "Voie d'Autriche", franked with Cérès 1872 80 c. rose, a fresh and fine example, tied by empty Gros Chiffre numeral lozenge, "MARSEILLE 7 AVRIL 74" cds and framed PD in red alongside, reverse with French TPO and Vienna transit as well as Galati (13 APR. 74) arival cds. An attractive item in the 80 c. rate of September 1869, although the rate with French vessel via Marseille to Galatz of July 1871 was identical. Signed Roumet.
