    Incoming mail 1869 (May 5): Entire of the merchants Poppovits from Belgrad, sent from Baziasch to Ibraila and franked with two singles of Austria 1867 5 Kr. red with coarse whiskers, cancelled together by handwritten "Bazias" with no further handstamps. Carried by DDSG steamer in the October 1866 rate with 10 kr./so. between Austria and the Principalities as well as Albania. A fresh and fine cover with handwritten cancellation, usage of Austrian stamps in the military border area which came under Hunagrian administration in 1871.
