    Transnistria 1942: 6 l. brown and 24 l. blue (4), further stamps missing, used on front and back of 1944 registered cover from Odessa to Prague, tied by 'Odesa / Recomandate' cds's (12/1) in black. Romanian "Cenzurat" on reverse and rare blue label with manuscript "Cenzura / Buc Nord" in ink. Handstamped '156' by Censor together with the original contents crossed by blue stripe checking for invisible ink message. German Reseal Censor tape tied by 'Prag' cds (27/1) on reverse. Rare going abroad - especially so with contents.
