    1790c.: Colonial cover to Lima struck with fine truncated AREQUIPA straight line handstamp with FRANCA in red and manuscript 'Franca' on reverse. Slight acid ink at upper left but a rare prepaid usage (Colareta Type 1 = 75 pts. & 1f = 50 pts.).
