    1871/72: New Stones King Carol 'with beard' 10 b. ultramarine with good to large margins, a rare left marginal example, and 1872 5 b, carmine perf. 12½ with the normal rough perforation, used on 1872 local border lettersheet from Bucharest to Brasov in Transsylvania, then Austrian, each stamp tied by "BUCURESCI 4 SEP. 73" cds in black with framed "P.D." in black, reverse with "BRASSO 6/9 72" arrival cds. A very rare mixed issue franking, cert. Heimbüchler (2018).
