    1862: Handstruck 30 pa. blue, a used example with large margins all round, tied to cover to Giurgiu endorsed "Urgente" by BUCUREŞCI cds (11/7) in black with information strike alongside, reverse with "Giurgiu" cds of receipt (11/7) of the same day.
