    1861: Entire letter to Bucharest struck with TARGOVISTE / MAR 13 cyrillic two line despatch datestamp in blue-green (Kiriac fig. 254) with poor Bucharest arrival in blue below. A very fine strike of a scarce marking - the latest recorded date of use by over two years. Signed Heimbüchler.
