    Rettimo / Rethymno 1867: 10 s. blue used on 1872 cover from Rettimo to Syros, Greece, tied by circular RETTIMO datestamp (3/6) well struck in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 549) but the datestamp setting mis-aligned with line between date set at base (unrecorded error); with manuscript '20' (lepta) charge in red crayon and 1870/71 Large Hermes Cleaned plates printing 20 l. blue, good to large margins all round, applied for inland fee and tied by 'Syros' cds (24/5j). A most unusual cover.
