    Rettimo / Rethymno 1867: 5 s. red in a horizontal pair used on 1870 cover from Rettimo to Syros, Greece, tied by circular RETTIMO datestamp (4/7) heavily struck in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 549), with manuscript '20' (lepta) charge in blue crayon and 1870/71 Large Hermes 20 l. blue, ample to large margins all round, applied for inland fee and tied by 'Syros' cds (23/6j). A fine and scarce cover. Signed Holcombe, Tseriotis.
