    Constantinople 1863/64: Arms Issue frankings: covers/entire letters (10) and two pieces, with 1863 perf. 14 10 s. blue and 15 s. brown in pair on 1864 cover to France, Arms 1864 issue perf. 9½ covers with single 15 s. brown frankings on covers to Gratz (taxed 10 kreuzer), Lemberg and Vienna; 10 s. blue and 15 s. brown usages on covers with 1866 usages to Pesth and to Vienna, 5 s. and 15 s. on entire tto Basel, 5 s. and 15 s. (2) on cover to Pesth and an 1867 three colour franking to Italy with 3 s. green, 10 s. blue and 15 s. brown, covers cancelled by Constantinople datestamps (Tchilinghirian figs. 385-387). A few faults but an impressive and attractive collection.
