    1867: 5 s. red and 15 s. brown, used on registered bilingually addressed cover from Beirut to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Constantinople tied by BERUTTI circular datestamps (11/3) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 3) with RACOM. above (unlisted) and docket number 225 in manuscript. Reverse with 'Lloyd Agenzie / Costantinopoli' arrival cds (18/3) in black. Some minor age spots and creasing away from the adhesives but a rare cover.rnrnProvenance: Collection W.
