    1864/65: Small group of 5 items with Arms issue 1863 15 s. brown and 1864 5 s. rose, 10 s. blue and 15 s. brown all used with two line dated BEYRUT datestamps struck in black or blue (Tchilinghirian fig. 2), together with an 1861 incoming cover at 1/1d. rate from York, England to Beirut via Aachen and Triest with various charge markings in manuscript and two line BEYRUT arrival in blue (illustrated in 'Austrian Post Offices in the Levant' by Hans Smith on page 18). Some imperfections but a scarce group.
