    Austrian Post Office in Chios 1908: Crete 15 centimes brown on buff and 25 c. blue on blued, used examples on registered Printed Matter cover to Constantinople tied by SCIO / OESTERREICHISCHE POST datestamp (7/3) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 562). Reverse with 'Constantinopel I / Österr. Post' arrival cds (10/III). An extremely unusual usage.
