    1863/64: 1 pi. black on slate-grey thick surface coloured paper, used on cover from Edirne to Filbe (Filipopel) tied by dotted Edirne handstamp (C&W fig. 3 / Brandt IIB/3) in blue. Some age spots but a scarce cover. Opinion Todd (2013).rnProvenance: DF, Geneva, Sept 2013, lot 30286.
