    1863/64: Third Printing 1 pi. black on thick lilac paper, a fine sheet marginal example used on 1864 entire letter from Deraliye, Constantinople to Filibe (Filipopel), Bulgaria tied by unusually superb strike of the dotted lattice obliterator (Brandt 2) in black. A further adhesive was applied at lower left and removed by the Postal Clerk, the space being heavily cancelled by a further lattice to denote this. A fine and most attractive entire.
