    1862/63: 2 d. pale ultramarine, no wmk. on pelure paper, a single example, margins touched to large at vertical sides, used on 1862 cover to Wanganui tied by fine strike of numeral "7" obliterator in black. Reverse with flap missing and 'Wellington' cds of despatch (Dec 22) in black.rnObverse with 'Wanganui' arrival cds (Dec 24). A scarce and attractive cover. Cert.
