    1862/64: 1 d. vermilion, a fantastic example with enormous margins and large portion of adjoining stamp at left, used with 3 d. brown-lilac with four large margins and 6 d. red-brown in a deep shade, this last just touched at left but with three large margins and showing portion of adjoining stamp at base, all on 1863 cover from Auckland to Hull endorsed 'via Marseilles'; tied by "1" numeral obliterators of Auckland. Reverse with Auckland despatch (Oct 31) and Hull arrival cds (Jan 9, 1864). London transit in red on obverse. Stamps lifted for checking and replaced, a charming cover. Cert.
