    Buenos Aires 1862: Liberty 2 p. blue, two examples with large margins all round used on 1863 cover to Corrientes tied by ‘Buenos Aires’ cds (July 12) in blue, carried by River Steamer endorsed ‘p. Paraguari’ at lower left and further endorsed at top ‘Con un Paquete de Periodicos’ (with a Packet of Newspapers) which explains the high rate.
