    1841 (June 14): Entire letter sent free of charges to the the Legation of the King of the Two Sicilies in Constantinople, endorsed 'Service Sanitaire' at top, on printed 'L'Intendance Générale de la Santé Publique de L'Empire Ottomane' paper, concerning a Turkish ship from Alexandria with 75 passengers, amongst them 14 who were suffering from Plague.
