    1864: Arms 3 s. green and 15 s. brown, perf. 9½, used with 1867 10 s. blue on cover to Genova, Italy all tied by LLOYD AGENZIE / COSTANTINOPOLI datestamps (9/1) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 446). Small cartridge framed PIROSCAFI / POSTALI / ITALIANI in black at left and reverse with Brindisi and arrival cds. The 3 soldi with rounded corner perf. but a fine and scarce misxed issue franking.
