    1864: Arms 10 s. blue, perf. 9½, a horizontal pair used on 1866 entire letter to Trieste tied by "Constantinopel" datestamp (3/10) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 387) with further strike at right. Reverse with arrival datestamp (19/10) in black. A fine entire - the rate was reduced from 20 soldi to 15 soldi just two days after the letter was mailed (Oct 15, 1866). Scarce thus.
