    1863: Arms 15 s. brown, perf. 14 and 1864 5 s. rose, perf. 9½ used on 1864 entire letter bilingually addressed to Rustschuk, Bulgaria tied by "Constantinopel" datestamps (8/8) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 387). Somewhat soild but a rare mixed issue combination for the Levant 20 soldi rate.
