    1863: Arms 5 s. rose and 15 s. brown, perf. 14, used on 1864 cover to Giurgevo, Bulgaria; the 15 s. tied by "Constantinopel" datestamp (30/4) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 387), the 5 s. also cancelled by wreathed "Constantinopel" datestamp (2/5) in black (fig. 385). Reverse with fine GIURGEVO datestamp of the Austrian P.O. struck in blue (4/5).
