    1857 (Jan 28): Entire letter from Constantinople to Throndheim, Norway struck with 'Constantinopel' cds of despatch (Tchilinghirian fig. 387), thence via Semlin with 'Netto e Fuori e Sporco di Dentro' cachet in black overstruck by Vienna transit cds (Feb 8), thence via 'Helsingor' with cds in black (Feb 13) and SVINESUND transit cds in blue (Feb 16). Variety of rate annotations with 43 skilling due upon receipt. An extraordinary destination at this date and a fine entire.
